• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, inspirational and promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist the guest as needed.
• Leverage store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and guest needs.
• Sort truck freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills, manual fills, and merchandising to capacity.
• Execute and maintain backroom organization to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as stock sells through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price change processes and signing execution, including clearance merchandising.
• Maintain and utilize fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and help guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by moving merchandise from fitting rooms and guest service back to the sales floor.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup, and Drive-up while complying with applicable laws (e.g., adult beverage regulations).
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with their needs.
• Conclude interactions with a courteous thank-you for shopping at Target.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate using multiple devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology as directed.
• Effective communication skills; able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to resolve guest questions quickly and remain focused in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple tasks.
• Flexible work schedule with reliability and prompt attendance; including nights, weekends and holidays.

• Ability to climb ladders and handle cash operations as needed.
• Lift up to 15 pounds frequently and up to 44 pounds occasionally with or without assistance.
• Work in varying temperatures and conditions; maintain mobility during shifts.
