Build customer relationships while creating a memorable framing solution for their art. Help customers shop our store and find what they’re looking for. Provide a safe, clean, and clutter-free environment.

Major Activities

Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company policies to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.

Use Elevated ABC Deliver to build relationships with customers and create custom framing solutions, aiming to meet sales and production goals.

Complete framing orders with high quality and punctuality.

Maintain the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas, including SISO and Replenishment.

Provide friendly customer service, assist customers in shopping and locating products, and ensure the store is well merchandised and stocked.

Follow SOPs and support shrink and safety programs.

Interact respectfully with others, remain positive, and promote the organization’s vision and values.

Participate in truck unloading and stocking, adhering to standards within budget.

Operate the cash register and handle cash according to standards.

Acknowledge customers, help locate products, and provide solutions.

Assist with Omni channel processes.

Other Duties As Assigned Minimum Experience Requirements

Basic computer and measuring skills.
Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutters.

Preferred Experience

Retail experience.
Experience selling products or services to customers.

Physical Requirements

Bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching regularly.
Ability to move throughout the store.
Stand for long periods.
Lift heavy boxes and frames; access high shelves using ladders.

Work Environment

Public retail store with climate-controlled areas; some outdoor work and stockroom environments.
Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.
