Marketing Manager

About the Role

Wellspire Medical Group is looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager (Outreach & Content) to help expand our presence across the communities we serve. This role is ideal for a marketing professional who enjoys building relationships in person, telling meaningful stories through content, and supporting physicians and clinics with thoughtful, compliant messaging.

You'll serve as a key connector between our medical teams, referral partners, and the community-bringing the Wellspire brand to life through outreach, events, and digital storytelling.

What You'll Do

• Build and strengthen referral relationships through in-person outreach to physician offices, urgent care centers, PT clinics, hospitals, employers, and community partners
• Partner with providers, office managers, and clinical teams to support practice growth
• Create and publish engaging marketing content including photography, short-form video, captions, and social posts
• Edit short-form video content for Instagram, You Tube, and campaign features
• Support community events, promotions, and outreach initiatives
• Collaborate with physicians and leadership to ensure all content is accurate, compliant, and on-brand
• Track outreach activities and engagement and share insights with leadership
• Support internal communications as needed
• Participate in occasional evening or weekend events

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of experience in marketing, outreach, or social media
• Healthcare or medical office experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication skills and professional presence
• Experience creating and editing video content
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
• Comfort working in clinical environments and representing a medical brand

Additional Details

• Exempt position
• Local travel required (valid driver's license and reliable transportation)
• Combination of clinic, office, and community-based work
• Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 lbs for events and frequent computer/phone use
