Production Manager

This is a full-time, on-site Production Manager role located in Humble, TX. The Production Manager will oversee daily production operations, ensure project schedules are met, and maintain strict adherence to quality standards. They will lead a team of production staff, ensure compliance with company policies and safety protocols, and communicate with stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. The role also involves resource planning, process improvement initiatives, and resolving operational challenges to meet production goals efficiently.

• Strong project planning and leadership skills to lead production teams and ensure project schedules are met
• Experience with quality assurance and compliance, particularly with ISO 9001:2015 standards, and adherence to safety regulations
• Technical familiarity with modular building manufacturing processes, including working with power/control distribution systems and structures
• Knowledge of supplier coordination and supply chain management to support expedited projects
• Effective problem-solving abilities, organizational skills, and decision-making capabilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to foster relationships with teams and clients
• Experience with manufacturing and/or industrial construction projects is highly beneficial
