Pay Rate: $18/hr
Location:
Humble, TX
Schedule:
M-F, 8am to 5pm

Responsiblities:
- Assembly:
Measure, cut, clean, and crimp industrial hydraulic hoses using machines like crimpers and cutters. - Fittings:
Attach appropriate fittings (couplings) to hoses, ensuring correct depth and lubrication. - Testing & Inspection:
Pressure test assemblies and visually check for defects, leaks, and proper crimp diameter. - Work Orders:
Interpret work orders, blueprints, or schematics to build hoses to precise specs. - Quality Control:
Ensure final products meet safety, quality, and performance standards. - Inventory:
Maintain records, manage materials, and keep work areas clean. - Packaging:
Clean and package hose assemblies for shipment
- Experience assembling hydraulic hoses preferred
- Warehouse / Forklift experience preferred
- Ability to read and understand work orders and instructions
- Proficient in using measuring tools such as tape measures and calipers
- Mechanical Aptitude:
Understanding of hydraulic systems and components. - Tool Proficiency:
Experience with hand/power tools, crimpers, tape measures. - Attention to Detail:
Crucial for precise measurements and quality checks. - Physical Ability:
Ability to lift heavy parts, work in noisy/hot environments. - Safety Focus:
Adherence to strict safety procedures. - Bilingual English / Spanish is preferred
