We also manufacture Static and mobile transloading skids for bulk transfer.

AboutThe Role
We are seeking a Senior Controller to join Tecalemit Inc. This position requires a demonstrated ability to apply problem-solving techniques to resolve issues, communicate effectively, work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and elevate matters to the appropriate stakeholders.
The Senior Controller is a hands‑on, high ownership role, responsible for managing all aspects of accounting and financial reporting for Tecalemit Inc. The successful candidate will be comfortable operating independently, partnering closely with the CFO, and supporting both day‑to‑day accounting and forward‑looking financial analysis.
Responsibilities Include- Works closely with the Chief Financial Officer.
- Drive long‑term financial forecasting and strategic planning.
- Support the establishment of long‑range goals and organizational objectives.
- Oversee day‑to‑day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with GAAP and internal policies.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the financial team, fostering a high‑performance culture.
- Oversee hiring, training, performance management, and professional development within the department.
- Prepare, analyze, and interpret core financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Plan, assign, and direct work; address employee concerns and resolve department issues.
- Serve as a key strategic advisor to the CFO, and other executive leadership teams.
- Must have 3+ years of progressive experience in full‑cycle accounting.
- Must have 3+ years of experience with Net Suite.
- Advanced Excel experience preferred.
- Solid understanding of GAAP.
- Experience operating at a senior accountant or controller level in a small‑to‑mid‑sized organization.
- Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Ability to help manage the accounting team under the CFO.
- Ability to work with all levels of management and executives.
- Proven ability to meet strict closing deadlines.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain financial information to non‑finance stakeholders.
