Role Overview:
As a Domino’s Pizza Shift Manager, your success is vital to our business. You will learn and lead a team, receiving training in product quality, sanitation, interviewing, hiring, and leadership skills needed to bring the team through demanding shifts.
- Lead and develop the Shift Team.
- Ensure product quality, sanitation, and food safety standards.
- Conduct interviews, hire and train staff.
- Manage shift operations and handle customer issues.
- 18 years or older
- Valid US driver’s license
- 1 year of driving experience
- Safe driving record
- Dependable vehicle with proof of auto insurance
- Desire to lead people
- 1‑2 years of management experience preferred
