Caretaker, General Labor, Outdoor ​/ Nature

Caretaker must be responsible and have a working knowledge of various types of equipment. Must be able to perform such duties as:
Mowing, clean restrooms, paint, and public relations. Ensure that safety precautions including signs/cones are in place on all jobs as necessary.

• Daily tasks include maintaining grounds and repairs.

• This is a full-time position.
• May be required to work more than forty hours during the work week and/or weekends. Subject to early morning, evening, weekend, and holiday work as required.
• May be required to work two or more weekends per year.
• May be subject to work additional hours as needed.

• The caretaker works mainly outside and is frequently exposed to hot, cold, wet, and humid weather conditions.
• The employee frequently works near moving mechanical parts and vibrations, fumes and airborne particles, and in high, precarious places.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
