About the Role

Responsibilities

Coordinate patient care in the operating room.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Collaborate with surgical teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Provide education and support to patients and families.

Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
1 year or more experience working in the CVOR required.

Skills

Strong clinical assessment skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Preferred Skills

Experience in the operating room setting.
Leadership experience in a clinical setting.
