About the Physical Therapist Contract Position
Contract Physical Therapists to work with individuals with intellectual, developmental, and/or physical disabilities (i.e. cerebral palsy). Work is based on client referrals. This position has a flexible work schedule and hours. Great add-on to your current work schedule. The pay is $73.25 per hour.
Physical Therapist Responsibilities- Identify and meet patients’ goals and needs through an assessment
- Provide quality, personalized, and evidence-based care and proven interventions
- Evaluate effects and monitor and communicate progress
- Document patient care services
- Proven work experience as a physical therapist
- Ability to manage clients with different types of personalities
- Current knowledge of treatment practices
- Professional behavior
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Valid license to practice physical therapy
- Work with the client(s) in their home and/or community
- Pass a background check
