In this role, you will partner with supported specialists to secure a financial commitment from patients at the start of their diagnostic treatment. By educating patients on treatment options, overcoming objections, and maintaining efficient specialist schedules, you’ll ensure a smooth specialty day and a flawless patient experience.

• Model company culture, values, and best operational practices.
• Gain a financial commitment from the patient to begin the diagnosed treatment.
• Achieve proficiency in PDS system tools and assist patients in making the best decision for their needs.
• Prioritize specialty coordination and consultation; serve as subject‑matter expert for treatment plans that include specialty services.
• Proactively manage specialists’ schedules to keep them full, staggered, balanced, and productive.
• Act as a liaison for the office and specialty teams; facilitate communication and scheduling.
• Provide patients with all available financial options to fit their budgets.
• Professionally overcome common patient objections to starting treatment.
• Obtain necessary insurance pre‑authorizations.
• Attend daily huddles, monthly team meetings, and any other required meetings.
• Track key metrics and produce reports related to specialty goals.
• Demonstrate stewardship of the PDS Brand and make decisions consistent with the framework.
• Support clinical excellence through comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain an appropriate professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory bodies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Travel might be required between offices.

• Prior coursework or on‑the‑job training in dentistry, insurance, or business.

• Knowledge of office practices, technology applications, and patient insurances.

Compensation
: $15.75‑$22.00 per hour.
