At Charm Dental, our call center team is the first voice patients hear and the first smile they feel (even through the phone). You’re not just answering calls — you’re helping people get out of pain, regain confidence, and sometimes even overcome their fear of the dentist.

• Answering incoming calls from patients who need appointments, help, or reassurance
• Scheduling patients and helping them find appointment times that actually work for them
• Guiding new patients through their first visit so they feel excited (not nervous)
• Responding to texts, voicemails, and online appointment requests
• Helping patients understand next steps after treatment or procedures
• Being the calm, friendly voice when someone calls with a dental emergency
• Communicating with our office teams to keep schedules running smoothly
• Celebrating when patients say “Thank you for helping me!”

• Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people
• Positive attitude and great communication skills
• Organized and able to multitask without panic
• Comfortable talking on the phone throughout the day
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred — but not required
• Dental experience preferred — but not required (we train the right people)
