Warehouse Team Leader - Manufacturing Facility (Hull)

Shift Pattern:
Rotating 3-shift system (6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm / 10pm-6am)

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join our dynamic manufacturing operation in Hull. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing a team of warehouse operatives, including order pickers and FLT drivers, across a rotating shift pattern.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing warehouse team to meet operational targets.
Oversee daily warehouse activities including order picking, goods in/out, and stock movements.
Ensure accurate stock control and inventory management using internal systems.
Coordinate deliveries and liaise with transport and production teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Maintain high standards of health & safety and ensure compliance with site procedures.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and drive operational efficiency.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a warehouse leadership role, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
Strong people management and coaching skills.
In-date mechanical handling equipment licences (e.g., Counterbalance, Reach) preferred.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Flexible to work across a rotating shift pattern.
