Thrive Group are recruiting for a hands-on Transport Coordinator to take ownership of a busy transport operation in Hull.

This is a lead-from-the-front role where you'll manage daily transport planning, driver coordination and full compliance ensuring deliveries are safe, efficient and right first time.

What You'll Do

• Plan daily & weekly transport schedules
• Allocate vehicles and drivers
• Ensure Operator's Licence compliance
• Monitor driver hours & tachographs
• Manage vehicle maintenance & records
• Lead and support drivers
• Maintain accurate transport documentation

What You'll Need

• Transport Manager CPC (National) - Essential
• Experience with in transport/logistics
• Strong knowledge of driver hours & compliance
• Experience managing drivers
• Organised, proactive and calm under pressure
