Eden Brown Synergy is currently recruiting an experienced Qualified Social Worker to join the Adult Social Care Review Team in Hull.

Role overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for completing statutory reviews across a range of settings, including:

Care homes

Community-based services

Day services

You will also ensure that direct payments and care packages are meeting assessed needs and achieving positive outcomes.

Working arrangements:

Flexible working hours (by agreement with the manager)

Office-based at least 3 days per week
