As Team Manager

• Team Leadership:
  Lead and manage a team of social workers within the Looked After Children service.
• Quality Assurance:
  Ensure consistently high standards of social work practice and decision‑making.
• Supervision & Development:
  Supervise, mentor, and support social workers to promote professional growth and performance.
• Performance Management:
  Undertake auditing, performance monitoring, and service improvement initiatives.
• Partnership Working:
  Collaborate with internal teams, partner agencies, and stakeholders to deliver effective care planning and support.
