We're looking for skilled Chefs in Hull who want flexibility, variety, and the chance to work with a wide range of clients. Key Responsibilities:

As a Chef in Hull, you'll be responsible for:

Managing and running a designated kitchen section
Preparing and presenting dishes to quality standards
Organising mise en place and ensuring smooth service
Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness
Monitoring stock, reducing waste, and controlling portions
Working with the team to maintain consistency and efficiency

What we're looking for:

We're seeking Chefs who have:

Strong cooking skills in their specific section
Consistency and attention to detail in food quality and presentation
Good time management and the ability to perform under pressure
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Teamwork and clear communication with other kitchen sections
Reliability and professionalism (punctual, calm, accountable)
Cost awareness, including portion control and minimal waste
