Plan, deliver, monitor and evaluate all unique care delivered to this homes residents. Administer medication as prescribed, with proper monitoring procedures being followed. To liaise with residents, staff, GPs, and other multi-disciplinary team members to promote quality care. Mentor and lead by example being Nurse in-charge.
