Position: Welder / Fabricator
My client on the Brough area require an experienced x 2 Welder / Fabricators. Overview The successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating, welding, and fitting metal components with precision and efficiency.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong mechanical background and experience in various welding techniques to contribute to high-quality projects within a dynamic environment. Applicants must be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team. Duties Fabricate metal parts according to technical drawings and specifications Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment to cut, shape, and assemble components Fit welded parts accurately, ensuring proper alignment and fitment Assist in the assembly of fabricated structures or machinery as required Conduct quality checks on completed work to ensure compliance with standards Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to health and safety protocols Skills Good knowledge of workshop machinery, lathes, saws, folders Strong knowledge of fabrication processes involving sheet metal and structural steel Experience using hand tools, power tools, and specialised welding equipment Mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics Basic mathematical skills for measurements, calculations, and adjustments during fabrication Ability to work accurately with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Competence in assembly tasks related to welded components Good understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to welding and fabrication work Working Days IND
