£15.94 per hour | Monday-Thursday | 5:30pm-3:45am

We're currently recruiting for a Night Shift Edge Bander to join a busy and well‑established caravan manufacturing team based in the HU7 area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with edge banding or machine‑operating experience who enjoys hands‑on work in a fast‑paced production environment.

Shift & Pay

Monday - Thursday: 5:30pm - 3:45am
Pay Rate: £15.94 per hour
Long weekend every week - Friday off

Key Responsibilities

As a Night Shift Edge Bander, your duties will include:

Operating edge banding machinery to produce high‑quality caravan furniture components
Feeding panels into machines and ensuring accurate edge finishing
Completing visual quality checks and adjusting settings where required
Using hand and power tools for any trimming or finishing tasks
Supporting the furniture production and assembly process
Handling materials and panels safely and efficiently
Maintaining a clean and safe work area in line with company standards
Working to production deadlines and following instructions from team leaders

Requirements

Previous experience operating edge bander machinery or similar equipment - essential
Experience in the caravan or modular manufacturing industry - desirable
Strong attention to detail and good understanding of quality standards
Reliable, hardworking, and able to work effectively with minimal supervision
Good team player with a positive attitude
