We are currently recruiting for a Senior Team Leader in our Warehouse department working on a rotating shift pattern as follows:
Shift one:
Sunday (10am-6pm), Tuesday-Friday (3pm-11pm) Shift two:
Monday-Thursday and Saturday (10am-6pm)

We’re seeking a Warehouse Senior Team Leader to join our fast-paced FMCG operation and play a key role in delivering our daily production plan efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.

• Leading your team to deliver the production schedule on time and in full.
• Ensuring compliance with GMP, HACCP, allergen control, and food hygiene standards.
• Maintaining a safe working environment and driving continuous improvement.
• Managing team performance, development, and engagement.
• Monitoring efficiency and cost control across labour, utilities, and consumables.
• Supporting the Warehouse Manager with improvement projects and operational excellence.

Our team of experts develop and manufacture a wide range of high-quality ambient cake products across several different categories including celebration cakes, mini rolls, mince pies, fruit pies and a wide range of chilled desserts including cheesecake, crumbles and sponge cakes. These include mince pies, celebration cakes, slab cakes, cupcakes and many more!
