I am supporting a leading manufacturing business based in Hull that is currently experiencing substantial positive change and investment across its operations. As part of this ongoing improvement journey, the company is looking to strengthen its engineering team with the appointment of a Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Engineer.

As a Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving a wide range of production equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum operational efficiency. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well‑established business where engineering is truly valued and supported.

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across the site
• Diagnose faults, identify root causes, and implement long‑term corrective actions
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and engineering upgrades
• Work closely with production teams to minimise downtime and enhance performance
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure compliance with site standards

• Electrically or mechanically qualified (both backgrounds welcomed)
• Experience working in a manufacturing or fast‑paced engineering environment
• Strong fault‑finding skills and hands‑on problem‑solving ability
• Ability to work independently on nights and support safe, efficient operations
• Positive attitude with a proactive approach to continuous improvement
