Commercial Development Surveyor​/Manager

Macdonald & Company are proud to be partnering with Wykeland to find a Commercial Development Surveyor / Manager to join the team.

Wykeland have over fifty-five years experience of creating bespoke commercial, mixed-use and regenerative developments that deliver long‑term value for communities, occupiers and investors across Yorkshire, the Humber and beyond.

This role offers a rare opportunity to work client‑side within a dynamic, collaborative team, helping to deliver high‑quality projects across the full development lifecycle — from site assembly, feasibility and planning through design, construction and letting. You will work closely with senior leadership to bring current developments to fruition and support future pipeline growth.

The post would suit an MRICS qualified (or similar) professional, with at least 3 years post‑qualification experience, (or a minimum of 5 years’ relevant commercial property experience), obtained within the wider Commercial Development field.
