We’re looking for a dynamic and driven individual to join a Business Transformation team and take ownership of projects that deliver real organisational impact. As Project Manager, you will lead multiple initiatives from concept to completion, ensuring successful delivery aligned to business objectives.

• Lead projects end-to-end, from initiation and planning through to execution and monitoring
• Define and confirm project scope, requirements, timelines, and budgets with stakeholders
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and roadmaps
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies through clear RAID documentation
• Allocate tasks effectively, motivate team members, and ensure accountability
• Provide clear and regular reporting to senior leadership
• Escalate risks and blockers where appropriate
• Maintain accurate project documentation throughout the lifecycle

You are an experienced Project Manager with a passion for delivering structured change and continuous improvement. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are confident managing stakeholders at all levels.

• Proven experience managing projects across the full lifecycle
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capability
• Experience using project management tools such as MS Project and Excel
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and make decisive decisions
• A continuous improvement mindset

• Experience with Salesforce and related data infrastructure
• Background delivering change within the legal sector
• Project management certifications (Prince2, PMP, Agile)
