The role offers full autonomy to manage and oversee key operations across the UK team while working closely with other senior members and a leadership team fully focused on developing their UK entity. As an Operations Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

* Managing existing and implementing processes & systems

* Working closely with the service team ensuring SLA's are met

* Reporting directly to UK Managing Director

* Collaborating with contractors and engineers

The successful Operations Supervisor should have:

* Experience managing teams.

* Previous experience within manufacturing capital & process equipment

* Senior service coordination, ops management, supervisory or similar experience
