Tendering Manager

Due to continued growth we are looking for an experienced Contracts & Tendering Manager to join our team in Hull (hybrid working available) and play a pivotal role in shaping our commercial success.

This is a high-visibility opportunity to take ownership of the full tendering and contracting lifecycle within a growing, forward-thinking organisation in the renewable energy sector.

You will ensure our bids are competitive, compliant, profitable, and aligned with strategic goals.

You will work cross-functionally with key stakeholders, lead governance around bid decisions, and support business growth through robust commercial processes and risk mitigation.

Qualifications &

Experience:

• Solid experience in tendering and contract management in a commercial role
• Strong understanding of industrial B2B contract law, procurement, and commercial terms
• Excellent negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
• Previous experience in construction and/or offshore activities (i.e. oil & gas, renewable energy) would be beneficial but not essential.
