About You

We are recruiting for a seasoned automotive professional with a deep-rooted passion for innovation, excellence and extensive experience in the role of Dealer Principal.

This person will lead from the front, innovating and motivating the team at our Skoda and Select Dealership. Communication will bean essential skill as the chosen candidate will be expected to confidentlyliaise with the Board of Directors and Group Managers as well as the colleagueson site.

The right candidate for this role will be proficient and confident in Microsoft office packages including excel, using this as a tool toanalyse and evidence the successes and areas for improvement within the dealership. This person will be detail and result oriented, with a proven ability to increase profitability and performance.
