Obs / Gynae Sonographer – Hull (East Yorkshire)

Hey Baby 4D Franchise is looking for an experienced and registered sonographer to join our full‑time team at our private 4D ultrasound clinic in Hull. This role will involve conducting obstetric and gynae scans and providing a patient‑focused care experience.

Our sonographer will promote a patient‑focused approach to care; ensuring all client areas are safe and fit for purpose. You will undertake a range of duties using complex or sensitive information and will act as the patient’s advocate, maintaining their dignity at all times.

• This role is a full‑time salaried position.
• The applicant must be a resident of the UK and possess experience in conducting ultrasound scans within the UK.
• A UK driving licence and vehicle is preferred but not mandatory.

• Conduct a range of prenatal scans from early pregnancy reassurance and dating scans to late pregnancy 4D scans.
• Produce high‑quality ultrasound images and videos.
• Keep accurate records and make high‑quality referrals where necessary.
• Carry out phlebotomy services for NIPT and Sneak Peeks screening (training offered if not already phlebotomy trained).
• Work with the management team to ensure a premium client experience.
• Ensure a high standard of patient care is maintained at all times.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the clinic at all times.

• Qualified and experienced sonographer with expert understanding of ultrasound practices.
• Registered with HCPC (Health and Care Professionals Council), NMC (Nursing & Midwifery Council), GMC (General Medical Council) or BMUS (British Medical Ultrasound Society).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with a strong patient‑centred approach.
• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position, with references available.
