Main Duties of the Job
  • Lead and manage the pre‑treatment service, ensuring CT simulation and localisation procedures are delivered consistently to a high standard.
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure safe staffing levels.
  • Mentor and support therapeutic radiographers, clinical support workers, apprentices and students, fostering professional growth and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain clinical expertise and contribute to service development, research, and innovation.
  • Act as a key member of the senior radiotherapy management team, influencing future advancements in care.
What We're Looking For
  • HCPC‑registered Therapeutic Radiographer with significant experience in pre‑treatment processes, including CT simulation and treatment planning.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and support your team.
  • Evidence of postgraduate qualifications or commitment to M‑level study.
  • A passion for patient‑centred care and service excellence.
