Location:Trafalgar House, 41-45 Beverley Road, Hull, East Yorkshire HU3 1XH

Pay Rate:£23.00 per hour (umbrella/LTD)
Contract Length:2 months (block booking)
Hours:Full-time, 37.5 hours a week

We are offering an exhilarating opportunity for a committed Recovery Worker specialising in Substance Misuse to join our Hull service. This full-time role at Trafalgar House offers a 2-month block booking, ensuring consistent hours and an exceptional pay rate of £23 per hour.

What you will do
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand the needs and challenges of individuals struggling with alcohol misuse.
  • Develop personalized recovery plans and provide continuous one-on-one support tailored to each client’s journey.
  • Work effectively with clients facing complex needs, employing harm reduction strategies and fostering a safe environment for recovery.
  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, harnessing a wealth of shared knowledge and expertise.
  • Maintain thorough case management records and communicate effectively with stakeholders involved in client care.
Key Experience Required
  • Proven experience in dealing with alcohol misuse
  • Proficient in conducting assessments, recovery planning, and delivering ongoing individual support
  • Experience in handling complex cases and applying harm reduction techniques
  • Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Excellent communication and case management skills
