- Proven experience in dealing with alcohol misuse
- Proficient in conducting assessments, recovery planning, and delivering ongoing individual support
- Experience in handling complex cases and applying harm reduction techniques
- Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Excellent communication and case management skills
