Finance & Reconciliations Executive

Position: Finance Payments & Reconciliations Executive
Are you experienced in finance payments and reconciliations? This opportunity combines hands-on payments processing , account reconciliations , and query resolution within a supportive finance environment. This role is well suited to candidates with experience in a call centre, accounts queries, and / or Excel-based finance work. Part-time and flexible working hours will be considered. This position is a 12 month fixed term contract.

What Youll Be Doing Processing supplier and client payments accurately and on time Reconciling client accounts and maintaining Excel-based financial records Acting as a key point of contact for payment and invoice queries Supporting monthly finance activities including reconciliations and reporting Working closely with colleagues across finance and other departments Helping ensure strong financial controls and efficient processes

What Were Looking For Experience in a payments, accounts payable, or finance operations role Strong attention to detail and numerical confidence Good Excel and systems skills Confident communicator with a professional approach Organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities Whats On Offer £26,000 salary (pro rata for part-time) 12 months fixed term contract Supportive and collaborative finance team
