First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Mechanical Engineering Lecturer on behalf of one of our clients.

As an Engineering Lecturer, you'll deliver engaging, hands‑on learning experiences to apprentices and adult learners. This role is primarily classroom‑based, guiding learners through topics such as:

• Mechanical principles & engineering maths
• Engineering science & design
• Fluid mechanics & CAD
• Health & safety and lean manufacturing
• Professional engineering management
• Production engineering
• Quality and process improvements
• Supervising level 3 & 4 engineering projects and level 5 research projects

• A degree in engineering or a related field
• Significant industry experience
• Strong technical and IT skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• A genuine passion for teaching and developing others
• Teaching experience is not required as full training and support will be provided
• A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle are required
• All successful candidates must pass a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check
