Duration: 8 weeks, with potential to extend
Pay Rate: £25.00 £ 30.00 per hour + 12.07% holiday pay
Location: Primarily based on-site at the college, with some travel to employer locations
Hours: 4 days a week

We re working with a well-regarded further education college in East Riding of Yorkshire, known for its industry-aligned training and strong employer partnerships, to recruit a qualified Automotive Assessor. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with the right qualifications to join a respected and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and support learners working towards their qualifications in Automotive
• Provide feedback and maintain accurate records of learner progress
• Travel to employer sites when required to carry out workplace assessments
• Liaise with tutors, employers, and internal quality assurance teams

Requirements

• Assessor Qualification (e.g., A1, TAQA, CAVA or equivalent)
• Level 3 qualification in Automotive or similar vocational area
• Prior experience working as an Assessor in further education or work-based learning
• Driving licence and access to transport (due to potential site visits)
