Duration: 8 weeks, with potential to extend
Pay Rate: £25.00–£30.00 per hour + 12.07% holiday pay

Location:

Primarily based on-site at the college, with some travel to employer locations

Hours:

4 days a week

We’re working with a well-regarded further education college in East Riding of Yorkshire, known for its industry-aligned training and strong employer partnerships, to recruit a qualified Automotive Assessor. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with the right qualifications to join a respected and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assess and support learners working towards their qualifications in Automotive
Provide feedback and maintain accurate records of learner progress
Travel to employer sites when required to carry out workplace assessments
Liaise with tutors, employers, and internal quality assurance teams
Requirements

Assessor Qualification (e.g., A1, TAQA, CAVA or equivalent)
Level 3 qualification in Automotive or similar vocational area
Prior experience working as an Assessor in further education or work-based learning
Driving licence and access to transport (due to potential site visits)
