A great EYFS Teacher will be:

• A qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent) with experience in Early Years.
• Skilled in delivering purposeful play and adapting lessons to meet diverse developmental needs.
• Knowledgeable about safeguarding and committed to supporting pupil wellbeing.
• Reflective, nurturing, creative and passionate about high-quality early years education.
