GSL Education is seeking a passionate and motivated Maths Teacher to join a well-regarded secondary school in Hull. This role is ideal for a teacher who inspires students, delivers high-quality lessons, and supports students in developing confidence and skills in mathematics across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the potential for Key Stage 5 depending on experience.

Maths Teacher ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4, and KS5 where applicable.
Differentiate lessons to meet a variety of learning needs and abilities.
Assess and track student progress, providing clear feedback to support improvement.
Promote practical problem-solving and mathematical reasoning.
Maintain a safe, structured, and inclusive classroom environment.
Contribute to extracurricular maths clubs, competitions, and enrichment activities.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop schemes of work and cross-curricular projects.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification in Maths.
Experience teaching secondary Maths with strong knowledge of the national curriculum.
Ability to deliver engaging lessons that inspire and challenge students.
Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
Enhanced Child Workforce DBS registered to the Update Service, or willingness to apply through GSL Education.
