Stock Controller

Location: Kingston upon Hull

The Opportunity:

As a Stock Controller you’ll play a key role in:
 
Managing stock levels to ensure availability while avoiding overstocking and wastage
Monitoring incoming and outgoing stock and maintaining accurate inventory records
Carrying out regular stock audits and investigations to resolve discrepancies
Collaborating with purchasing teams to align stock levels with operational demands
Using systems and reporting tools to track performance and improve efficiency
Picking and packing orders ready for dispatch
Liasing with customers on a regular basis via the trade counter
Occasionaly assitsting with deliveies to businesses that are local

About You:

We’re looking for someone who can bring:
 
Proven experience in a stock control, inventory, or supply chain coordination role
Strong numerical and analytical skills, with excellent attention to detail
Confidence working with stock management systems or ERP platforms
Good communication and problem-solving abilities
A proactive, team-focused attitude and a methodical approach to work
A driving licence is essential  The Benefits and Package:

Up to £29,000 salary depending on experience
25 days holiday plus bank holidays and a bonus birthday day off
