40hours per week, based at 79 Beverley Road
Reporting to the Finance & Facilities Manager - The Finance Admin Apprentice will support the Finance Team to perform a wide range of responsibilities.
These will include but are not limited to:
Key Duties- Leading on the Glasspool fund
- Creating debit card sheets in relation to transactions
- Issuing purchase order numbers to services
- Monitoring and maintaining services petty cash accounts
- Filing, photocopying, and scanning of all financial paperwork
- Ordering goods for all Humbercare services
- Taking incoming calls and fielding them to the relevant staff
- Dealing with incoming post
- Supporting income recovery with any relevant tasks required by the Income Officer
- Assisting all finance colleagues with any financial or administrative task as and when required
- Competently ensure all communication regarding Humbercare is communicated in a professional, accurate and effective manner
- Represent the wider organisation in a competent and professional manner and maintain the highest professional standards at all times
- Manage, monitor, and respond effectively and appropriately to customers and other agencies or individuals who may contact Humbercare
- To contribute to the delivery of the organisational Business Plan/strategy where appropriate.

EDUCATION/TRAININGEducated to GCSE level or equivalent
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & PERSONALATTRIBUTES- Team player committed to the Humbercare vision, mission, values, and goals and passionate about enabling change
- Able to work as part of a team in a co-operative and supportive way
- Ability to build relationships with a wide range of individuals from diverse backgrounds, ensuring equality, diversity and inclusion is valued and understood

- Strong time management skills, and ability to prioritise
- Must be a self-starter and driven
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent IT skills with experience of using Microsoft Office and reporting software as well as an aptitude for new IT applications
