Een welzijnsorganisatie in Noord-Holland zoekt een Buurtwerker voor 14-16 uur per week om netwerken op te bouwen in Huizen. Je ondersteunt bewonersinitiatieven en bent het aanspreekpunt voor vrijwilligers en bezoekers. Daarnaast coördineer je een dagbestedingsproject voor mensen met (ex) psychiatrische klachten. Een HBO-opleiding Social Work en ervaring met GGZ-problematiek zijn vereist. Dit is een kans om bij te dragen aan sterke buurten en een ondersteunend team.
