CDL Delivery Driver

$3,000 Sign-On Bonus

$28-$30/hour Starting Pay

We are seeking a reliable, safety-focused CDL Delivery Driver to transport and deliver petroleum lubricant products—including engine oils, hydraulic fluids, transmission oils, and greases—to customer locations, bulk storage tanks, and job sites. The ideal candidate will ensure timely, accurate, and safe deliveries while providing excellent customer service and maintaining strict compliance with DOT, safety, and environmental regulations.

• $3,000 Sign-On Bonus (paid quarterly over first year)
• Safety Bonus - Up to $2,000 annually (Rela Dyne Driver Ambassador Program, paid quarterly)

• Load, transport, and deliver lubricants and related products to commercial and industrial customers
• Operate and maintain delivery vehicles in compliance with DOT regulations and company policies
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Follow proper loading, unloading, and product-handling procedures
  
  Accurately complete delivery tickets, logs, and required documentation
• Communicate with dispatch regarding delivery status, delays, or issues
• Adhere to all safety standards, including proper PPE usage and spill response procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of assigned vehicle
• Deliver exceptional customer service during every interaction

• Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience
• Valid CDL Class A license
• Current DOT Medical Card
• Clean, verifiable driving record
• Hazmat and Tanker endorsements (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
• Strong safety mindset and communication skills
• Comfortable using electronic logging devices (ELDs)

This position is designated as safety sensitive. Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of all required pre-employment screenings, which may include a background check, drug and alcohol screening, and any other evaluations required by law or company policy.
