Prospective applicants for the CSR
- In Office Sales Representative position at Fred Loya Insurance Agency.

• Provides professional, courteous service to internal and external customers.
• Answers any questions regarding customer’s policy.
• Accepts payments and processes transactions.
• Identifies any potential needs the customer may have regarding their policy.
• Follows up with customers on quotes, renewals, and cancellations.
• Participates in marketing initiatives for new business development on an as‑needed basis.
• Maintains a neat and clean work area and office.
• Engages in FNOLs (vehicle inspections) and takes vehicle pictures (squatting, bending, flexing required).
• Performs bank run deposits.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Computer literate desired from basic to intermediate skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is helpful.
• Excellent communication skills, assertiveness, and ability to provide a first‑rate experience for customers.
• Must pass state licensing requirements.
• Flexible schedule.
• Reliable transportation.

• High School Diploma.
• Previous customer service experience is helpful.
