Bench Jeweler​/Goldsmith

Jensen Jewelers is the area’s leading bridal jeweler with more 5-Star reviews than any other jeweler in all of Michigan! We’re looking for an experienced Bench Jeweler (minimum 5 years experience) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented jeweler with advanced knowledge of stone setting, sizing, polishing, and jewelry repair. You’ll also have the unique opportunity to work alongside our master Goldsmith in our modern, custom-designed workshop.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality jewelry repair, sizing, and polishing with precision and efficiency.
• Set diamonds and gemstones with accuracy to support custom engagement ring creation.
• Maintain and operate jeweler’s tools, machinery, and equipment with expertise.
• Support store sales by completing repairs and custom work in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the team to provide a 5-star customer experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of bench jeweler experience.
• Advanced knowledge of jewelry repair, stone setting, and finishing techniques.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence.
• Mechanical knowledge of jeweler’s tools and equipment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 – $ per year

Schedule:

Monday & Thursday: 9 am – 8 pm
Tuesday & Friday: 9 am – 6 pm
Saturday: 9 am – 4 pm
Store is closed every Wednesday & Sunday.
Each full time employee is allowed to come in one hour late once a week.
