Description
This position is for a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not McDonald’s USA. The franchisee holds the license to use McDonald’s logos and products and is the sole employer responsible for all employment matters, including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling.
ResponsibilitiesManagers lead shifts each week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain quality and cleanliness, meet safety and security standards, and support profitability.

Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Applicants must be 18 years or older to serve as a manager in a corporate-owned and operated restaurant.
