Working Schedule: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday–Thursday with some Friday overtime required.
Assists the department with the assembly of cabinets for environmental test chambers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Proficient in working at specific cells within a model line.
- Cuts and installs insulation daily.
- Daily use of hand tools such as drills, caulk guns, rivet/rivnut guns, screwdrivers and knives.
- Applies and cleans silicone daily.
- Attaches heater wire and thermal break on chambers daily.
- Sets up and uses TIG welder daily.
- Uses spot welder occasionally.
- Welds doors and exteriors.
- Reads and interprets blueprints.
- Hangs doors.
- Occasionally works on multiple chamber models.
- Installs ports, heaters, coils and motors.
- Keeps work area and tools clean daily.
- Regular physical attendance is required daily.
- Performs other routine duties as assigned.

Education- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Ability to read a tape measure required.
- TIG welding experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills preferred.
