Supply Chain Manager - Hudsonville Area

Salary Range: $93,000 - $140,000 depending on experience

• Develop and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Manage all aspects of procurement, supplier relationships, and contract negotiations for raw materials and components.
• Optimize inventory levels across the manufacturing process to meet production schedules while minimizing carrying costs.
• Oversee logistics, warehousing, and transportation operations for both inbound materials and outbound finished goods.
• Collaborate closely with production planning to ensure timely material availability and seamless manufacturing flow.
• Monitor key supply chain performance indicators (KPIs) and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate potential supply chain risks and disruptions to maintain operational continuity.

• 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Demonstrated proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced data analysis tools.
• Proven ability in demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and strategic vendor management.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Experience with advanced data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Proven experience in ERP system implementation or significant optimization projects.
• International sourcing or logistics experience with specific global markets.
