Key Responsibilities- Analyze manufacturing costs, variances, and product profitability.
- Develop and manage annual budgets and periodic financial forecasts for production operations.
- Prepare detailed financial reports and performance dashboards for operational stakeholders.
- Conduct variance analysis between actual results, budget, and forecast, identifying key drivers.
- Support capital expenditure requests with financial modeling and ROI analysis.
- Monitor inventory valuation, turns, and obsolescence, providing insights for optimization.
- Collaborate with operations teams to identify cost reduction opportunities and process efficiencies.
- Proven experience with cost accounting principles, variance analysis, and COGS reporting in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting, particularly for operational and production costs.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) for financial data extraction and analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for large datasets.
- Ability to analyze capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects and conduct return on investment (ROI) assessments.
- Experience with major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) in a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated understanding of cost accounting principles, including standard costing and variance analysis.
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for operational and financial reporting.
- Experience supporting manufacturing operations teams and interpreting production metrics.
