Salary Range: $69,000 - $103,000 depending on experience

• Develop and manage annual budgets and periodic financial forecasts for production operations.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and performance dashboards for operational stakeholders.
• Conduct variance analysis between actual results, budget, and forecast, identifying key drivers.
• Support capital expenditure requests with financial modeling and ROI analysis.
• Monitor inventory valuation, turns, and obsolescence, providing insights for optimization.
• Collaborate with operations teams to identify cost reduction opportunities and process efficiencies.

• Proven experience with cost accounting principles, variance analysis, and COGS reporting in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting, particularly for operational and production costs.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) for financial data extraction and analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for large datasets.
• Ability to analyze capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects and conduct return on investment (ROI) assessments.

• Experience with major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated understanding of cost accounting principles, including standard costing and variance analysis.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for operational and financial reporting.
• Experience supporting manufacturing operations teams and interpreting production metrics.
