Financial Analyst

Due to internal promotion, Bloem Living is seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our Finance Team in Hudsonville, MI. This role plays a critical part in supporting leadership decision-making by delivering timely, accurate, and meaningful financial analysis.

The Financial Analyst will collaborate closely with department managers and executive leadership to develop performance metrics, analyze financial results, and support key financial processes including budgeting, forecasting, monthly close, costing, and cash flow forecasting.

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support business decision-making
• Partner with department managers to develop and monitor performance metrics
• Analyze variances against budget, forecast, and standard product costs
• Participate in the annual budget and quarterly forecast process
• Support monthly accounting close and financial reporting activities
• Develop and maintain costing rates and standard product cost
• Build and maintain pricing models
• Assist with cash flow forecasting
• Respond to ad hoc financial inquiries and cross-functional requests
• Perform ERP data mining to support analysis initiatives

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 3-5 years of experience in a Financial Analyst role
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of general accounting and standard cost accounting principles
• Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Collaborative mindset with strong cross-functional relationship skills
• Initiative and ownership of projects and responsibilities
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data integrity validation)
• ERP data mining experience preferred

This is an on-site position. Remote workdays will be taken under consideration.
