Job Description
This position proficiently scrubs on a variety of surgical cases and maintains asepsis. Also assists the circulating nurse with patient care, assists in sterile processing, and processes instruments when on call.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of surgical technology
- BLS certification required at time of hire/start date (must be through American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
Preferred Qualifications
- One year of experience in the OR preferred
- Surgical Technologist Certification through NBSTSA preferred
