Personal Care Worker; PCW

• We currently have openings at a client's home in Hudson, WI.
• Part‑time or on‑call available | morning and evening shifts available.
• Every other weekend required.

• Establish a secure, positive environment that nurtures residents' needs, self‑expression, and goals.
• Oversee residents and take care of their needs.
• Assist with or perform personal care including hair care, oral hygiene, bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, etc.
• Perform light housekeeping duties, including food preparation and cooking.
• Transport client to activities and medical appointments.
• Work well with a variety of individuals, learning habitats and behaviors. Treat people with respect.

We provide paid training to make sure you are prepared to perform the duties of your position.

• Experience is preferred but will train the right candidate.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Pass a background check.
• Have proof of insurance and reliable transportation.
• Must have a valid US driver's license.
• Must be dependable, caring, and a team player.

• Medical insurance is available for all full‑time staff, Employer pays 60% of the employee's medical premium.
• Dental and Vision insurance.
• Employer‑paid life insurance for all full‑time staff, working 32 hours or more per week.
• Paid time off.
• Supplemental Insurance is available.

• Wage: $16/hour ($13.50/hour on overnights)
